2026 Highland Youth Cheer

Registration

• Registration will be open from March 1-31, 2026. 

• Registration cost is $200 and includes a new uniform, bow, and all fees/insurance. 

• Registrants must reside within the Highland Local School District and be entering Kindergarten-6th grade in the fall of 2026

• Requirements for registration include: (due by first day of practice). These will be uploaded separately using ProMentor. A link will be sent to your e-mail prior to the beginning of the season. 

  • OHSAA Physical (including Lindsays Law/Concussion if not completed with registration) 

    • OHSAA

    • Pages 1-7 are Physical required to be completed by healthcare provider

    • Pages 8-10 are Concussion information & form

    • Page 11 is Lindsays Law/Sudden Cardiac Arrest form

  • Report Card (to verify grade OR proof of registration for kindergarten)

  • Photo of athlete (if located on report card this is sufficient)

  • Signed Code of Conduct

    • 2025 Code of Conduct (will remain the same for 2026)

• While HYF&C does not formally discourage joining other sports/activities within the same season, it is the expectation that ALL athletes will be able to attend MOST practices and games. Cheer is a team sport, and we cannot improve our skills or perform to the teams best without all members. Please keep this in mind when considering registration.
